In 1983 Mr Dawes Snr took over the estate agency practice of Daniels (Kent) Ltd., which was established in 1926.
More recently Mr Alan Dawes has specialised in commercial investment property throughout the UK. Owing to this change of direction, the Estate Agency of Dawes Estates has moved online which is best suited to the needs of clients and buyers over a wider area to include Scotland and Wales.
